• impact on lobster and lobster fishers

• degradation of tourism offerings (our ocean playground and water based experiences)

• risk of die offs and escapes that continue regardless of efforts to mitigate these

• other aspects that concern you personally - see resources for more information
   

3. Encourage a positive way forward for Nova Scotia through land based aquaculture that is available from local, Nova Scotian company called Sustainable Blue. Scores of other companies are now popping up all around the world.

4. Closing comment: open net-pen fish farms have a detrimental impact with minimal economic benefit.
